Getting Started
Create a Position
Ask Reeve to create a position, or do it from the Cockpit:
"Create a new position for a Senior Marketing Manager. Remote OK, $120K–$150K. Responsibilities include brand strategy, ad campaigns, and team leadership."
Reeve creates the position with structured requirements it uses for candidate scoring.
Add Candidates
Upload candidate information — resumes, LinkedIn profiles, or notes:
"I have 5 candidates for the marketing manager role. Here are their details…"
You can also bulk-upload candidates via a spreadsheet or paste resume text directly.
Score and Rank
Ask Reeve to score all candidates against the position:
"Score all candidates for the marketing manager role."
Reeve evaluates each candidate against the position requirements and returns a ranked list with scores and reasoning.
Schedule Interviews
For top candidates, schedule interviews directly:
"Schedule an interview with Sarah Chen for the marketing manager role next Tuesday at 2 PM."
Reeve handles coordination and can send calendar invites.

How Data Is Stored
Candidate data and position details are stored in your Reeve workspace. All scoring and evaluation happen through your configured LLM provider — candidate information is processed the same way as any other Reeve conversation.
