Cloud Setup
Reeve Cloud runs your gateway in the cloud — no local installation, no server management. Sign up, connect your services, and start working with your agents immediately.
Create Your Account
Sign up
Go to app.meetreeve.com and create an account using:
- Magic link — Enter your email, click the link sent to your inbox
- Google — One-click sign-in with your Google account
- Email + password — Traditional credentials
Choose your plan
Reeve Cloud uses a credit-based system. New accounts start with free credits to explore. See Billing for plan details.
Open the Cockpit
After sign-in, you land on the Cockpit dashboard — your command center for agents, analytics, connectors, and settings.
Connect Your Services
Navigate to Connectors in the sidebar to link your business platforms. Reeve supports two connection methods:

Popular connectors to set up first:
- Shopify — Products, orders, customers, revenue
- Stripe — MRR, LTV, subscriptions, churn
- Meta Ads — Campaign performance, ROAS, spend
- Klaviyo — Email campaigns, flows, open rates
- PostHog — Traffic, funnels, top pages
Each connected service populates the dashboard with live data and gives your agents access to platform-specific tools.
Credentials are encrypted before storage. OAuth tokens are refreshed automatically. API keys are validated against the real API before saving — if the key is invalid, you'll see an error immediately.
API Keys for LLM Providers
Reeve Cloud can use managed models or your own API keys (BYOK — Bring Your Own Key).
Managed models
With a Reeve Cloud subscription, models are available out of the box. Your credit balance covers model usage — no separate API keys needed.
Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
If you prefer to use your own provider accounts:
- Go to Settings → Models
- Click Add Provider
- Enter your API key for Anthropic, OpenAI, or another provider
- Click Test to verify, then save
BYOK usage is billed directly by the provider — Reeve credits are not consumed for BYOK model calls.

Connect the Desktop App
You can connect the Reeve Desktop App to your Cloud account for a hybrid setup — local gateway with cloud services:
- Open the Desktop App
- Go to Settings → Cloud
- Click Sign in to Reeve Cloud
- Authenticate in the browser
- The desktop app syncs your connectors, credits, and settings
This gives you the best of both worlds: local agent execution with cloud-managed integrations.
