Reeve.Channels
Two-way conversational channels — Slack, SMS, iMessage, email — where your team and users talk to Reeve.
What it does
- Reeve can receive and reply to your messages across Slack, iMessage, email, SMS, and Claude, all through one unified system. It automatically figures out who you are, keeps track of the conversation thread, and routes your message to the right assistant to get a response—then sends that reply back through whichever channel you used.
- When you connect your Slack workspace, this feature retrieves a list of your organization's public, active channels so you can choose where to install the integration. It securely uses your organization's saved Slack connection to fetch up to 200 channels at a time, showing each channel's name and member count. If you have more than 200 channels, only the first batch will be shown.
